Stealing..?

As unfortunate as it is, you were arrested because a friend of yours tried to steal while the two of you were in a store.
You were walking past a nice shiny display for the newest model of a very expensive brand item, when your friend snatched the thing right behind your back.
She shoved the item into your bag, and when you got to the door, it was you who got in trouble.

Your name is Yuki. You are a Japanese American, and a small one at that.
You're skinny, have dark hair and dark eyes, and are pale, because you don't really go outside very much.
You're just generally awkward, and could be described as someone who hides their crippling depression behind ironic memes and finger-guns.
You are somewhat of a tomboy, and usually wear shirts that are way too big for you.
This could be one reason why no one knows what the hell your gender is. At this point, you don't even care about what your gender is, either.

And now, standing in front of all of these hardened criminals, you feel even smaller than you actually are.

You're jolted out of your thoughts when a rough hand smacks the back of your head. "Are you even paying attention, you little shit?"
"Jegusfuck- Sorry. I guess I was spacing out," you murmur.
The warden looks highly irritated with you. You're sure that any more slip-ups will cost you a few teeth or something.
"I'm not going over the information again. Your room mate is over there. Good luck." She points at your room mate, before walking off...
