This choice: Melody wins again, she's on a roll • Go Back...Chapter #5Melody wins again, she's on a roll by: Mr. Scratch   "Yay, lucky me.", Melody cheered triumphal. "The first time I win against older ones two times in a row.". The now oldest girl of the group smiled broadly.
"Well, technically you won against younger ones.", Josie added, still looking at her school ID amazed. "Because now you're oldest and I'm the youngest.".
Melody nodded. "Yeah, right.", she smiled happily. At first she was shocked by all the changes which happened to her because of the game but now she really enjoyed it.
"Hurry up, brat.", Anna grunted still being angry at Michael for letting her play this game and letting her lose her boyfriend. "We don't have all night.". Melody looked at her annoyed. "Don't call me brat.", Melody mumbled.
First Melody had thought about swapping something funny or maybe heights with her brother, so he could not call her squirt and messing her hair. Now she thought about swapping something precious to Anna. Her only problem was that she did not know Anna and therefore did not know what she could swap with her.
"You really should hurry little- er big sis. The time you have is nearly up.", Jeremy informed his sister, finding it strange that she is now older.
"Oh yeah erm...". Melody quickly began thinking about what she could swap. She decided that swapping with Anna, even though she was mean, was a bad idea because it was nearly impossible for her to anticipate what would anger her.
"I want to swap heigths with Jeremy.". That said, Melody suddenly grew 1"4' within a second, here clothes instantly altering to fit her. On the other hand, Jeremy shrank to 5" and his clothes altered just like hers did.
"Woah!", she gasped astonished. "Everything seems so tiny.", she giggled. Jeremy was not very happy with his new heigth. "I can barely look over the table...", he grumped unhappy about his new situation.
Anna already grabbed the cards, mixed them and dealt them. "Come on you two!", she grunted, leaving the two no time to accommodate to their new sitation.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
