This choice: Ryan has more questions. • Go Back... Struggling to keep his cool, Ryan breathes in and out for a second. He then looks at the man.
"Just get out for a second please." he gestured to the front door of the studio apartment.
"But Becky" the man started
"OUT" Ryan yelled.
"Fine....call you later i guess" the man grumbled as he walked out, obviously dejected.
Ryan sat down and began to think. How was this possible? Having another body, and a younger female one at that?
"One things for certain, it has something to do with this thing-" he said, pulling on the collar, trying to get it off, to no avail.
Ryan felt hopeless, but thought that the best thing to do was search the apartment, and find out whos body he's in. That way, he could find out how to get home. Slightly uncomfortable with his new surroundings, he examined the room. Evidently he was in a girls room, one in her early twenties. The pullout bed was layed out, and on it were several stuffed toys and two large pillows. The table had a desktop, and lots of art equipment, leading Ryan to believe that this girl was an art student. There were also a string of photos on the wall, with pictures of him and the man who just walked out, whose name was jack . It was rather eerie to see himself, or at least, someone that looked like him in someone elses memories. He then saw the girls phone and grabbed it, surprised that he knew the pattern combination.
"Muscle Memory i guess"
Looking through the gallery, he saw several pictures from a few years ago, and to his surprise, his face was aged down. For instance, a photo from when Rebecca was 15 had his 31 year old face. There were also other more recent pics of him that he dare not think of. Opening maps, he found out to his delight that he was only an hour away from home. Just then, he got a notification on his- or rather Rebecca's- phone, reminding him that his shift at work starts in 20 minutes.
he faced a bit of problem now, live the girls life a little longer, in case he couldn't get the collar off immediately, or go back home to Lexi as soon as possible.   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
