Girls get dressed and Monica goes home

They decide that the girls must get dressed and Monica has to go home and get dressed. I know we had an agreement with her mother, but we can't have all these girls walk around the halls in their underwear."

They get an announcement over the loudspeaker. They have Monica come to the office and all other students must be dressed properly. When Monica comes in they, call her mother.
