Seeing that the only thing that Garrod knew about these two woman were based on their nicknames and their wanted posters, Garrod chose the choice of 'Cat Burglar' Nami. Thinking that the 'Devil Child' Robin would be the worse of the two choices (Oh how wrong he was).
He watched as the black haired woman went inside of the ship's room, disappearing from his line of sight. He saw that Nami was looking through a telescope, scanning the seas for any kind of ships that could be dangerous. Since she was stationary, this was his best chance to get her attention.
He started running towards the giant pirate, sprinting across the lawn on the ship. Even though they were just grass to everyone normal sized. To Garrod, it was like running through overgrown weeds. They were up to his knees and made it quite difficult for him to run. Just as he was about to exit the grass and run across the wooden boards to her. He suddenly realized something. He was still dressed in his marine outfit. If he got her attention now while dressed as a marine, there is no possible way she wouldn't hurt him.
Marines Hate Pirates and Pirates Hate Marines.
Garrod starts taking off all his clothes, getting rid of anything that could make the orange haired pirate realize that he was a marine. He was satisfied and stopped striping, being In his underwear and that's it.
He started to run again and got to the giant sandal of the pirate that almost crushed him a couple minutes ago. He looks at the giant tower of a woman in front of him and contemplates the best possible way to get her attention. The first idea he got was to climb her, a long and tasking journey but ultimately helpful. The second is to bite her foot and grab her attention that way, but that might tick her off when she finds him.
