"Well, I was originally known as James Walker, an ordinary 21-year old living in Los Angeles, California." taking a breath, Tyra began. "Since birth, I had always dreamed of flying one day, which inspired me to learn to be a pilot." he smiled, thinking of the irony of his new situation. "To help me to achieve this, I was attending college with my friends."

"Taking classes so to learn to pilot an aircraft." said Minerva, smiling. "It seems fate has granted your wish in a way you could never have expected."

"You could say that." her wings turning pink, Tyra said. "It was summer break, a sort of vacation from school after completing my sophomore year of college." she winced. "However, on the way home, I heard a loud metal clang, like trash cans being thrown around and looked to see a young woman being attacked by three men who seemed to have been drunk or... possessed."

"You then charged in to my rescue and made short work of two of the possessed men." said Myrrh, lightly touching your shoulder. "I am forever in your debt."

"Some help I proved to be." said Tyra, sadly. "I got shot."

"As I had said, if the man had not a hand gun, you would have defeated three demons single handed." said Minerva, gently, smiling. "Besting one demon is impressive for a human, defeating two is more so." she giggled. "You have nothing to be ashamed of... Tyra."

"This chance meeting changed your life as an act of heroism on your part brought you out of one life and into ours, living among Misterians, what you would call a race of angels." said Myrrh. "Now, in a new form, you will adapt to this new life, while freely embracing the freedom of flight."

Tyra smiled sadly, knowing Myrrh was trying to help. "I have two younger siblings, Nicole and Trevor." she said, trying not to cry. "Nicole has the same dream of flight as I do, forming a strong bond between us. Trevor is more down to Earth, so to speak, but he too likes watching the skies." she giggled. "I have an older sister, Ellen. She's a bit protective of me, though I'm the one usually standing up for her. My mom and dad run the Robotics Corporation, they build robots used for deep sea exploration, fire fighting, and other places too dangerous for humans to enter."

"Very interesting." said Minerva. "Then you have a knowledge of machines."

"I know more than the average Joe." said Tyra, blushing slightly. "Only, I'm not what you would call an expert."

Minerva nodded. "Any close friends?" she asked.

"I have two best friends." replied Tyra, nodding. "Nate and Erin Wilson. I think Erin had a bit of a crush on me." your voice sudden;y became lower as her tone changed. "I guess she won't have the chance to confess now."

Minerva then gave her a warm hug to help. "You are not the first to endure this transition." she said, gently. "It is always hard to let go of one life and start another, it will take time and the pain will not go away but it will get better."

Tyra then hugged Minerva back gently as she wrapped her wings around her new daughter. "It's all right, Tyra." she whispered. "You may be able to begin looking towards moving on sooner rather than later."

"Thanks" said Tyra as she let go from Minerva, feeling a bit better now.

Minerva smiled. "This is a lot to take in." she said. She then turned to a chiming noise deeper within her chambers. "It was a pleasure to talk to you, Tyra. Please allow Myrrh to show you the wonders of our world."

With that said, she escorted us to the door and motioned the doors to open. As Minerva's chamber doors closed behind us, Tyra turned to Myrrh, confused. "What was that all about?" she asked.

Myrrh smiled. "She is the queen, sis." she replied. "She has other duties besides talking to her daughters." she paused, thinking then asked, "Where would you like to go first? The market or your new chambers?
