This choice: Liz goes to workout with the now giant Angela • Go Back...Chapter #4Liz goes to workout with the now giant Angela by: silerwolf71499   Liz decides to go to Angela's place to workout, with how much money her family has Angela has access to an incredible home gym that would give commercial gyms a run for their money. They decided to start with pull-ups, Angela hammered out 50 before tiring out, when Liz went to do hers she couldn't even reach the bar standing on a chair so Angela had to give her a boost, for some reason Liz was a lot heavier than she looked and this surprised Angela, but she didn't say anything, she just stared in amazement as Liz managed 75 reps. "Wow! I guess I'm much stronger than I thought!" Liz exclaimed.
"Well that was just a body weight exercise and you're still much shorter than me" retorted an intimidated, giant Angela.
"You never know! But I do WISH I had YOUR height Angela!!"
"Just Focus on hitting five foot first shrimp! How about we move on to bench presses?"
With that Angela took position on the bench and began benching 225lbs to prove she was stronger, she pushed out six reps. Liz got in position, still 225lbs on the bar and began pumping out reps, once she hit three she stopped and got up. "Was that too much for you to handle?" asked Angela.
She didn't realize Liz went over to the wight plates and as she was grabbing two 45's she responded "No, actually I found it too easy" and she put on the two 45's and proceeded to knock out twelve more reps at 315lbs, Angela was feeling astonished, intimidated, and humiliated all at once. As she was feeling these emotions she felt a need to pull up her normally tight,form-fitting leggings as they felt a built loose, she readjusted her sports bra for the same reason. Looking over at Liz, Angela noticed she looked like she was popping out of her leggings, and her loose shirt seemed a bit more snug as well. Next they decided to do curls, Angela could only manage a 25lb dumbbell, but Liz managed double that at 50lbs. Knowing she couldn't be beat at squats Angela had them do squats next, Angela managed to go up to 350lbs, Liz on the other hand shot past that and managed 500lbs. Angela is shocked, utterly shocked,this tiny girl is so much stronger than her, as Angela is just standing the Liz walks up, "Hey Angela, is it just me or do you look shorter?"
"W-what? No way... wait actually you seem taller, let's measure ourselves"
Upon measuring Angela has seemed to shrink down to 5'9 and Liz grew to 5'1. Angela is now feeling even more distraught. "Wow! at this rate I'll be shooting past you very soon... speaking of,how did you grow so much over summer?"
"Umm... just a growth spurt"
"Don't lie to me we're friends now, and friends don't lie, and if they do lie I get very upset and might try fighting them, bow would we want that?" says Liz as she is nonchalantly flexing in the mirror, muscles rippling yet still looking slim, but you can tell they're very dense as well.
"N-no we wouldn't" Angela replied sheepishly
"So what was it?"
"A special growth hormone"
"Do you have more?"
"Yes, it's over there in that fridge"
Liz opened the fridge and took out a cooler that contained at least twenty shots, she took one out and stuck it in her arm, said bye to her friend and began the walk home with the cooler.
Her walk felt normal till halfway through when her feet started aching, then a bit after that her leggings started to make tearing sounds once in a while, and a fair amount of midriff was exposed showing off her new six pack. When she got home she broke out of her clothes much to her relief and decided to measure herself again. She found she was now 5'3, but was ecstatic nonetheless that one hormone shot did this to her.
