"Well Naruto..." Sakura finally spoke up. "You might not realize this, but Mother's Day is coming up soon."
"Ok..." Naruto really had no clue what Mother's day could have to do with his best friend putting a seal on him that essentially forces him to be her slave.
"Well you may not know this about Haruno women Naruto, but we're very dominant." Sakura grinned.
"I think I can figure that out." Naruto deadpanned.
"Well we Haruno women don't like to go a day without having a good slave."
"YOU HAVE A SLAVE?!" Naruto gasped.
"I've had slaves for a while now." Sakura said dismissively. "But that's not important. What is important is that my mom recently grew tired of her slave and smothered him to death beneath her ass."
"WHAT?! SAKURA THAT'S MURDER!"
"She didn't kill a person you idiot." Sakura said as she rolled her eyes. "She killed a worthless slave, an object that she owns.
"That's horrible! Sakura, I don't know what's going on with you... but you know better than this! All life is precious! It's why we fight so hard!"
"Slave life exists to be of use to the slave's master. It's definitely not precious." Sakura laughed.
Naruto stared at Sakura in shock. He couldn't believe this girl was the same that he had fallen in love with and the same that he called his best friend. But he was now starting to figure out where Sakura was going with this.
"I get it now... So you're planning on giving your mom one of your slaves and taking me as a replacement slave?" Naruto quietly asked, to confirm his suspicions.
Sakura stared at Naruto blankly before doubling over in laughter. In all of his life, Naruto had never seen Sakura laugh as hard as she was right now. He hoped that she was just laughing because this was one giant prank she was playing on him, but deep down, he knew that wasn't the case. This beautiful girl who was currently laughing her ass off at him was not his Sakura.
"Kami... you can be too funny sometimes." Sakura finally said once she regained control of herself. "I have four, well-trained slave. Why would I ever replace one of them with some worthless boy like you? You're not worthy of being my slave Naruto."
Naruto's heart practically shattered at Sakura's words. She was supposed to be his best friend, she was supposed to care about him... Yet Sakura thought so little of him that she didn't even think he was worthy of being her slave? A
"No Naruto, you're not going to be my slave. I'm giving you to my mom as a Mother's Day present." Sakura went on.
"What?! But you said she killed her last slave! She could kill me!"
"So? You're her slave."
"You don't care at all?! After everything I've done for you..."
"After everything you've done for me? Please Naruto, after everything I've allowed you to do for me. You should be damn grateful I ever let you feel as close to me as you did."
Naruto couldn't believe what he was hearing. Sakura didn't even recognize everything he did for her! She didn't recognize him as a person... The cold realization set in that the girl he dedicated his life to didn't care about him in the slightest...
"Anyway, enough talking you worthless little slave. I need to wrap you up now so I can give you to Mom tomorrow."
