Chapter #6Origins Chapter 4: Sibling Rivalry by: Knight Owl   The Klaxon goes off. Your mother only stares at the screen on the supercomputer. You: Mom? Scarlet: Future mother? Heather: Scarlet! I am not your mother-in-law! Scarlet: Yet. Scarlet says as she flashes a fanged grin. Heather clears her throat. Heather: Anyway... Alexis. Take this, Scarlet and Holy Sorceress on your next mission. You: A sword? Kelly: Would you rather use your bare hands against a scythe? You: Leah... Heather: I'm sending you because... I dont have the heart to fight my own daughter... You: I'm not gonna kill her! Heather: Thing is, you might have to. Increasingly I am faced with the fact that the Apocalypse is fast approaching, and Leah's their star player. Anna: I got your back sis! Kelly: Be careful, and keep each other safe. Anna: Why aren't you going Aunt Kelly? Kelly: You two stand a fighting chance, I'm better off supporting you from the jet. Everyone except your mom loads up on the jet. The ride ends faster than you would like. The jet lands and yourself, Scarlet, and Anna step out. You: This is it... you say as you draw the sword. Anna: You think it's the creepy old church? Scarlet: Only one way to find out... As you open the doors, a lone hooded figure stands slightly slumped over, with it's back toward you. Leah: I'm crazy you know... My doctor says so... I killed my doctor after she told me that... Ha ha... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Leah slowly turns around, her hair is a mess and all in her face, her bangs are even cut crooked. Nana says I have to kill you now... You all must die! Leah summons her scythe and lunges at Anna. The sound of metal hitting metal is heard, as you guard Anna with the sword. You: Anna. Make yourself useful or make yourself scarce. Leah: Tee hee. You guys are fun! Leah teleports behind Anna and begins gnawing on her head and slobbering all over it. Anna: RECEDAS! Anna's body glows purple and Leah is sent flying into a wall. Leah: I feel like a roller coaster! Leah says as she rolls on the floor laughing. Scarlet: Perhaps it's best if you let me put her out of her misery. You: Scarlet! Scarlet: Just a suggestion... Anna: Cover me while I gather mana. I have a big spell that I'm going to try on Leah, and I only get one shot. You: Alright then... Let's do this! Anna: Anima purgatio, potestas crimen, potentia pretio... Leah gets up and throws her scythe. There's no way you can block or dodge it at that velocity. In a flash Scarlet is standing in front of you with Leah's scythe embedded in her right shoulder. Anna: Everyone move! You all get out of Anna's way. Anna: ANIMA MUNDA! Anna releases a massive ball of majic. It hits Leah directly. In a flash Leah is seen still standing. You slowly approach Leah, sword still raised, just in case... Two large blue flaming ghostly skeleton arms appear behind you and push you into Leah's arms. Leah: Hey Lexi. How've ya been? Do you know what Nana put me through? You: Ha ha. I can only imagine. I missed you sis. Leah: Me too Lexi, me too... Anna: Am I chopped liver? Another set of arms grab Anna and drop her next to you and Leah, who pulls her in for a hug. Scarlet: So touching... It warms my non-beating heart. Leah: I really need to fix my hair... Everyone starts laughing as you walk back to the jet. On the way there Scarlet pulls Leah's scythe out of her shoulder. Scarlet: I believe this is yours. Leah: I almost forgot. Thanks! Who are you again? Scarlet: Your future sister-in-law. You: Scarlet... Scarlet: Sorry honey... Leah gasps. Leah: Lexi! You're a lesbian? You: Yeah... Mom's... kinda accepted it now... Scarlet isn't exactly helping... Scarlet: I love you Lexi. I makes me stupid sometimes. She says as she smiles at you with her fanged grin. Leah: Either way, I'm proud of you. And you did find a... partner... before I did. You: Leah you're only like 12 minutes older than me... Leah: Hey! Guys dont dig batshi- poo... crazy! You: It's fine Lee, it's fine. All of the sudden Scarlet tackles you and starts making out with you. You: Mmm... Scarlet... Mmmm... Not now... Mmmm... Not here... Mmmm... Scarlet: Please Alexis? Your mom always ruins the mood... You: But my... Mmmm... sisters are here. Scarlet: Show of hands. Who here says I should stop? No one? Ok then! Scarlet continues to make out with you for another 10 minutes before pulling away. Scarlet: Alexis... May I? You: Fine... Scarlet clamps down on your neck and sucks your blood for about a minute. She pulls away and you stab yourself in the neck with one of the vampire anti-venom syringes. Scarlet: You know that you only turn into a vampire if I want you to turn into a vampire. Right? You: Seriously? I've been stabbing myself for nothing? I would be mad at you, but you're just too cute... Anna: Alright, let's go lezbirds. Leah: Lezbirds. Ha ha. I like that. Anna: Yeah, ha ha. Lesbian + Lovebirds = Lezbirds. You: I get it! After a few minutes of walking you finally reach the jet. Kelly: I see you were successful. You all just kind of collectively groan and slump into one of the seats. Scarlet: Oh. Lexi. You: Yeah? Scarlet: When you turn 18 I'm gonna vamp you, so that we can be together forever! You: Sure. Whatever you say honey...
The Control Room
Heather: Leah! Your mom runs up and hugs Leah. Leah: Oh. Now you miss me... Heather: I'm sorry that I shipped you off to my mother's house. After seeing Lexi and her girlfriend, I learned to be accepting of all kinds of people... Even those that take souls to the next world... Leah: Oh mother... You gasp. You: So you do like Scarlet! Scarlet: Family hug! Everyone ambushes your mom with hugs before breaking away about 5 minutes later. Heather: Scarlet, I'm sorry I've been so rude to you. I'd be glad to have you as a future daughter. Scarlet: Thank you for your blessing. Scarlet shakes hands with your mom. Scarlet: I would hug you but I'm sure you're hugged out for the day. Tee hee...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
