You are laying in a hospital bed

You slowly start to gain consciousness. The first thing you realize is that you are no longer laying on the ground, but are in a room laying on a bed. A sense of urgency hits you as you realize that you don't know where you are, or even who took you. You try and jump out of bed, however your body barely moves an inch.
"What the heck is going on" you think to yourself. You tilt your head up and see straps going across your body and legs. You also realize that your arms have been strapped to the two bed posts, leaving your body pinned in a Y position. You start to panic and start pulling at your arms trying to get them free. Someone must have heard the commotion because a girl come running in.
"Calm down! Calm down! you are in a hospital. We need to keep you strapped down to ensure that you don't move to much until we know you are OK" the girl tells you as she tries to get you to stop. "What happened?" you blurt out. You have no clue how you got here. The last thing you remember is passing out on the ground. "After the guard defeated the last enemy, he ran and got help. We found you passed out on the ground with a pretty bad gash on your head so we took you back to the town hospital. As soon as we verify that you are in fact OK, we will release you, but until then you need to stay here in bed"
The hospital you are staying at is incredibly small. The room you are in has multiple beds, which are all empty besides the one you lay in. The door at the end of the room leads to the main entrance and the doctors office. On the other side of the room is the surgery room. The entire place is run by one nurse who works the night shift and one doctor who works during the day.
The nurse comes walking in. "I have to leave to grab some medicine from the local market so I will be gone for a little bit. Just try and get some sleep while I am gone" she tells you as she gathers some empty medicine bottles from a nearby shelf and walks out of the room. You try and take her advice, however before you can fall asleep you hear a noise coming from the nearby room. You turn your head and see a shadow in the doorway. It gets closer and closer until you see......
