Cameron gulped as he saw the dress, his eyes widening. He pointed at the dress, a worried expression on his face. "Why?"

His mom smiled, "Well, it's a girl's tea party. But no one will care about your boy as long as you dress for it."

There was silence for a moment as Cam thought. His mom loved her book club, and he knew how much it had helped her after his dad's death. He did not want to wear the dress, but he knew there was only one choice.

"Let's see how it fits." he said.

Moments later, Cameron stood in front of his mom in a pair of silky blue panties he had borrowed from his sister as his mom stuffed a matching bra. "Do I have to wear this too?" he asked, bright red.

"Yes, dear, but don't worry, you will have so much fun," she responded. "Thank you so much for this, sweetie. I can't tell you how much this means to me."

Cameron felt more exposed than excited, but before he could put on the dress, his mom made him put on white tights and a petticoat. Once it was on, Cam slid into the dress, his mom zipping it up. Looking in the mirror, Cam was shocked to see how much he looked like a girl from the neck down. He put on a pair of lacy white gloves to finish the outfit.

"That looks darling on you, dear," Cam's mom said as she adjusted the dress.

"Thanks," Cam muttered, not sure what to say.

Cam wasn't sure how to feel as his mom got her makeup out. "Hold still, sweetie." She got to work with products Cam only knew about because of his sisters and Jordyn. Foundation, eye shadow, lip gloss, mascara, and eyeliner were expertly applied, with every stroke and dab taking away more and more of his masculine features until his mom put away the mascara.

She offered to show Cam what he looked like, but Cam waited until she moved onto his hair out of fear. And then it was after brushing, adding some product, and styling with some of his twin sister's hair clips and a hair band. Before Cam looked at himself in the mirror, he let his mom put clip-on earrings on each of his ears.

No more excuses; it was time to look in the mirror. Staring back at him in his mom's full-length mirror, Cam could have sworn there was a pretty stranger in the mirror. But as Cam raised his hand, the girl raised hers, and as he turned, she turned. The girl with the blue dress, with white lacy trim, a sweetheart neckline, puffy shoulders, a petticoat underneath, white tights, earnings, a hair band that matched the dress, and a cute feminine face framed by a short yet cute hairstyle, was somehow him. He gulped, not sure how to feel.
