Switching Erika

Now that you had your sister in your pod, you just needed to find someone else to switch her with. You had considered putting her in an animal's body but that was harder to test if the machine was working or not. You needed someone else to try it on, dad was currently out and the idea of swapping a father's mind with his daughter's would be a little too extreme. Still a family member was a safe bet, you all lived in the same house and knew each other's lives. The question is who were you going to make her swap with and how were you going to get them to comply, you only had one command crown.

Kyle would probably try out your invention anyway so he'd willingly participate. In fact you're surprised he hadn't gotten to it already. A brother sister swap were common in TV shows, usually to teach the other one a lesson so the idea did appeal to you and you were sure Kyle wouldn't do too extreme.

Speaking of other media, you did enjoy Freaky Friday and swapping Erika with your mother wouldn't be a gender change. Erika would probably be pissed being put in an older body though, especially the one that birthed her. She'd also be married to your dad.... Your mother could also be encouraged into the machine, she was always interested in what you did. You just didn't need to tell her Erika was in the other pod.

Alternatively you could try and find someone else to Swap Erika with, though you'd need to be quick, she wasn't going to be happy if she had to wait in the pod all day.
