You hear a loud grumble come from her belly. It's very bloated and loud. "I really have a bad tummy ache" Sasha says. She then removes her pants and unloads her farts on your face. She's beginning to look less bloated as her farys stop for a second. She throws a hand on her stomach and rubs. "I gotta go to the bathroom" she says. What do you do?
