As tom sleeps inside his mother's womb she goes about her day doing the daily chores like vaccuming, cleaning, and making breakfast for the kids. As she goes about her day she keeps noticing a strange pace to her belly, almost like a second heartbeat. Though she didn't pay much attention to it.

After she was done cleaning the house she decided to sit down in her home office and get some work done (I.e. emails, etc.) Just as she sits down in her office chair tom moves around in his sleep pushing his foot out into her womb walls. Still very sensitive from before, his mother yelps out flustered and confused. "What is going on today?" She asked herself as she sat down to do some work. "Maybe I'll call the doctors office later for a check up" she considered as she pulled her laptop forward and got started.

A few more hours pass and tom finally wakes up remembering everything so far and smiling to himself being proud that he wasn't caught yet, he didn't expect this to work. His smile drops as he remembers something "oh no, what am I supposed to do when school gets out? Mom's going to freak if she notices I'm not with tina!" He feels panicked for a few moments but calms himself down "I'll figure something out, I have to" he thought checking the time on his phone which read "12:30 PM"

That gives him about two and a half hours to come up with a plan of escape. So he ponders to himself for a few minutes rubbing the womb walls while he thinks, much to his mother's delight.
