You were in a bit of a platforming mood so you decide to spend a buck on Gender Rearranger: Gendio's Adventure. You scanned through some other stuff but didn't really find anything you liked, maybe some other day. Your mom took you back home and the first thing you did was head to your room and installed your new game. You booted it up and were met with an opening scrawl of text.
Welcome to Gender Rearranger: Gendio's Adventure!
You will play the role of Gendio, the happy clay creature who's gender is just as mailable as it's body.
You're goal is to guide yourself to the end of the game so that you may receive your reward!
Throughout the game you will pick up masculine things like sports balls and weights to become more masculine!
And you'll pick up dresses and heels to become more feminine!
You'll want to do this because the more masculine you are the higher you can jump
and the more feminine you are, the faster you go!
Enjoy your experience, the game has multiple endings, but you'll only get to see one!
Every choice matters!

It was a weird premise and very light on the story, but you went with it. The game was a 2D sidescrolling platformer. You spent the first few levels picking up everything you could, but when you noticed a timer up top you decided you'd rather go for time and focused on the girly items more than anything so you could speed run this game. Pretty soon you started to notice your character which had started as a pretty featureless standard person was now becoming more and more detailed. It kinda looked somewhere in between a girly boy and a cute girl character. "Sorry about the gender confusion Gendio. I'll try to make you a little more masculine next time around."
After a few more levels and a few more power ups, you had finished the game. You really weren't sure what was coming. You were hoping the story would unfold like you'd be trying to save a princess or something, but you just reached the end of the game. No final boss or anything. Suddenly the screen went white and the text scroll reappeared.

You smiled but then that smile faltered as you said to yourself, "Wait a second. I could have sworn I didn't put my name in the game."
The text continued.
