Prim grabbed the toothbrush off of the table and put it on Katniss's feet, and turned it on. Katniss immediately started to squirm and laugh uncontrollably. Katniss screamed, "PLEAEAEAEASE STOHOHOP!!!!", so Prim stopped for one second, and immediately turned the electric toothbrush on again, this time scratching the other foot with her fingertips. Prim then moved the toothbrush in between Katniss's toes, and Katniss started to squeal like crazy. Prim decided to stop using the toothbrush a bit, and use something else to make the torture even more ticklish. She found some oil and some tickle dust. She grabbed...
