Randy stared at his phone hoping that his wish would work. He's been in love with Kylee since tenth grade, and whenever he tried to forget her, he tended to want her more. Her delicate blonde waves that he could imagine running his hands through, her blue eyes that sparkled, and her smile that could cheer him up on the saddest days even her full lips that he could imagine kissing. He sighs feeling absolutely stupid for thinking he could wish for something, and it would come true. He's not Jessica, so he shouldn't be so childish.
As if on cue, his phone buzzed showing he received a text message. 'Do you want to hang out?' Kylee texted him.
