Meanwhile, with Randy

Randy opened his eyes when he heard movement out in the hallway. He looked over the clock and was surprised to find himself feeling so alert this early in the morning.
He sat up and stretched before climbing out of bed. He opened his curtains to let in the morning light, then turned around and straightened his bedcovers.
‘Might as well go and get some breakfast’ he thought to himself. He looked around for his dressing gown, finally spotting it in a heap on the floor. He pulled it on, then tightened the cord around his waist before walking as quiet as could into the hallway and downstairs.
