At lunch Brady's friends notice the change.

BIG Brady had been chowing down for a solid hour. Sauce dripping from his mouth. His stomach was sticking out from his shirt as it pulled up. His friends had been polite up to this point, but could not help themselves now. "Brad, what have you been doing to yourself. Look at that gut."

"mm, munch, munch, burb, Hey, just been bulking up," was all Brady could manage between mouthfulls. His look betrayed some doubt at this.

You sit there with your new muscles stole from Brad. Should you drain more muscle from him or from one of his friends. Or, should you work out?
