You decide to resume the game ignoring the urges. Which proved to be a bit difficult as the needs can't make you think straight. Regardless, you managed to complete the game and go to the next level. Raising both of your hands in the air in glee for your accomplishments. Suddenly a squishy fart shoot out of your bottomhole bringing a bit of muddy poop in your undie, At this point it's too late to get to the potty you pause the game and squat down lean forward a bit . A colorasial of muddy poop quickly fill your undie as you grunt loudly trying to get the rest out.

After a minute of pain (and a bit of bliss) you done using your undies. Sighing in relief as you about to sit back down before gasping in horror as you realized you are having diarrhea in your undies which isn't supposed to contain the poop you just did. Looking down you observe the damage if any of muddy poop are on the floor...

You have the following choices:

1. ...it's clean.
