As Kakashi is moving at high speeds to the Hokage's tower, he notices that Naruto or 'Rubi' is acting as all civilians do when carried in this hold, eyes squeezed shut and arms wrapped tightly (for a civilian) around his neck. Barging into Tsunade's office at great risk to his own health, Kakashi calls out, ''I need Inoichi now, something has happened to Naruto here."
Looking up from the paperwork she was actually trying to do, Tsunade freezes as probably the most beautiful woman she has ever seen stood before her, but she did not freeze from attraction but out of anger. "Kakashi Hatake, you actually expect me to believe that this geisha here is Naruto Uzumaki the loudmouth orange wearing brat? Stop wasting my time and get out and take your slut with you." Tsunade demand, however Kakashi's unflinching and serious gaze halts her.
"I'm not joking this is Naruto." Kakashi says in the most dead serious voice Tsunade has ever heard come out of his mouth.
"ANBU GET INOICHI HERE IMMEDIATELY, NOW." Tsunade roars as the Anbu stationed outside scramble to find Inoichi.
Still unsure of what to do, Kakashi and Tsunade mull over possible options. They are broken out of their thoughts as Rubi speaks up, I am growing quite displease at this mistreatment, first im taken against my will, and now you two keep calling me Naruto. I told this man and I will yell you Madame, my name is Rubi."
Just as the situation was going to become incredibly uncomfortable, Inoichi walks in. "Inoichi, no time for pleasentries, I need you to do a mind scan on the geisha, 'Rubi' here and tell me everything what you find, and i mean everything! We believed she is Naruto under a powerful compulsion." Tsunade demands as Inoichi gets to work eager to escape his Hokage's ire.
Going through the woman's memories, Inoichi grows incredibly confused. The woman was definitely Naruto, however at the same time it is not. he thinks. the oldest memories show a small boy that looks like naruto however he is wearing a pink dress for toddlers. Moving forward a few years to the age of ten, naruto isn't in the academy but in Konoha's public school for civilians. This time though Naruto is wearing a crop top and short shorts. deciding that since Naruto seem to have changed when he was with kakashi earlier that morning he moves to the memories of a sixteen year old Naruto. He watches as Naruto, how is dresses in a kimono, is sealed away inside of Kakashi's book and the interaction between the Oiran and the effeminate Naruto. The next memory he observes is Naruto waking up in the Geisha's body a prisoner in his own mind. Not wanting to see copious amount of sex, he also takes the Oirans advice and skips to the four year mark and hears the conversation between Rubi and Naruto and how he willingly became Rubi for his own freedom. Canceling the Jutsu, Inoichi returns to his body in the real world.
"Well?" Tsunade asks, a simple question, but the best one to ask.
"Hold on," Inoichi says before he presses a pressure point on Rubi's body knocking her out as he catches her. Laying her down on the couch in the corner, he begins, "So Naruto's memories have been completely altered." Inoichi begins to explain in depth what he saw and how Naruto accepted his, her new life.
"Can we bring him back?"
How does Inoichi respond
NO he destroyed his own memoires to become Rubi and earn his freedom, Rubi is here to stay
Partially however i would recommend not to as Rubi is the dominate personality, Naruto would be more like a second personality. All you would do would be giving Rubi multiple personality disorder
Yes, his chakra is still there however he will remain as Rubi for the rest of his life
