Shove herself in!

She began to push, but nothing happened. She pushed and pushed and shoved and wiggled, but she just wouldn't budge. Not even a millimeter.

So instead, she tried to pull out.

Unfortunately, when she braced her feet on the wall, she discovered how firmly wedged she was in the hole. No matter how hard she pushed, or shoved, or pulled, or wiggled, or cursed, she just wouldn't move. It was starting to hurt now, anyways...
