Grinning, he darted over and ordered half a dozen extra-large hot dogs. Setting them all on an extra-strong paper plate, he grinned again, thanked the befuddled attendant, and continued on. As he walked, he held the plate with one hand (specifically, his automail hand)and grabbed hot dogs with the other one, shoving them, one by one, into his mouth. He chewed each one for a few minutes before swallowing, grinning happily at the taste. As each hot dog went down his gullet, his stomach bulged a little more, pressing a little harder against his shirt with each hot dog that plopped into his belly.
By the time he swallowed the last hot dog, his stomach was a very distinct round shape under his shirt and pressing harder against it. Sighing, Ed smacked his belly, grinning widely.
"Ah man, that was great!" Ed exclaimed, licking his lips. Of course, he was nowhere near done; there were a whole bunch of other foods to try, and he intended to try them all!
To this end, Ed sought out a stand that made homemade doughnuts and bought an entire bag of them. Walking away, he licked his lips and shoved them, one by one, into his mouth, much like he did with the hot dogs.
As doughnut after doughnut went down his throat, his stomach bulged a little more, stretching his shirt further. By the time he'd reached the end of the bag, his shirt had reached its limit and had started to rise up, exposing a tiny bit of skin. In addition, his waist was starting to feel a bit snug.
Oblivious, Ed rubbed his stomach, the grin still on his face. "Wow, the food's really good this year!" he thought to himself, looking around at the stands he had yet to hit up. "Let's see, what should I get next?"
