A magic lake.

Joan knelt down by the Lakeside she was kind of thirsty after a morning spent mostly walking. She cupped some of the water in her hands and drank it. It was the clear and cool but after a moment she felt strange.

Her whole body felt tense as her muscles bulged and her head spun. After a few minutes spent laying on the Lakeside disoriented by her metamorphosis Joan got up and took a look at herself. While by no means skinny or flabby before her new physique was extraordinary her arms and legs bulged with taunt muscle, her abs were well defined and rock hard, she is even gained a few inches in height.
