She tries to hold it in.

Blue sits there on the changing table and looks around. The nursery seemed, nice.
It happens again, another sharp pain from her bladder. Why did she have to go so bad all of a sudden? Only moments ago she didn't have to go at all and now, she can barely hold on. Blue twitches, waiting for Natsume to do anything.
"Do you like your nursery little girl? It is all yours for the next year." The gym leader smiles and picks her up, carrying her over to the large crib by a wall of the room.
"But, I am to old to wear diapers. You can't do this to..." Blue was cut off as a pacifier was stuck into her mouth before being able to finish. Natsume places her in the crib and then walks away, leaving blue alone to think.
Once again she looks around the room, looking for a way out of this commitment. She was not sure she could handle being diapered for a whole year.
Another sharp pain hits her, causing her to bend forward in pain. Shaking her head she refuses to let Natsume win by peeing herself in this baby diaper. No, she could get out of here, after all she was a very skilled pokemon trainer. She attempts to look for escape routes, but it is all for naught. Every time something comes to mind, she loses herself in the pain of the bladder. By the time she had pushed her need to pee out of her mind, the thought she had originally been working on was gone.
Deciding that she at least had to start by climbing out of the crib, Blue stands up and attempts to lift herself over the bars of a crib that was obviously designed for kids her size. She manages to get one leg over before falling back and landing on her diapered butt. The shock of the hit sends a jolt through her causing her bladder to just give up and quit. With a gasp, and then a sigh of relief, Blue just gives up and lets it all flood into her diaper. She blushes madly, though surprisingly she didn't mind the warm feeling spreading around her privates and up to her rear.
Then she sees Natsume coming back and covers her now drenched, and probably sagging diaper, with both hands.
