Okay you get two possible stories:

Seven in Diapers: After a freak accident, Seven of Nine's is a electrocuted, and when she wakes up, she finds she is undable to walk, talk, control her bowls and Bladder, whats worse her mind quickly regresses, so it looks like someone on bord is going to have to look afterher, the question is who?

Planet of the Young: The Crew arrive on a seemingly uninhabited planet, which turns out to be automated, the orginall society was wipped out by a solar flare, but the machines that were designed to look after them, are left on line, however due to the damage caused, they believe the the landing party all to be infants, and so they force them all into diapers, will they escape?
