The diapers that Hinata was wearing were 'special' to say the least. These diapers would emit pheromones which would weaken the bowels to the point of incontinence. Which is why Hinata was uncontrollably messing herself in her diaper. To make matters worse, Hanabi had seen her sister in her messy diaper and laughed at her, causing her to cry. The Elders and her father had agreed that if she messed her diapers, she would be in diapers for a year, be treated like a baby, and spanked for her mess. Which is what hanabi did.
