Rachel hears a creaking from a vent and turns around to see a large vaguely humanoid creature descend.

The creature’s head appears to lack eyes yet it turns its head towards Rachel and tilts slightly, as if sizing up prey.

Rachel steps back, pistol drawn ready to react.
