The woman stares down at your 'hand' and then back up at you. She maintains eye contact for several seconds, then her gaze drifts down between your legs to your genitals. A flush comes to her face as her gaze returns to your eyes with a nervous smile.
"Um, yeah. I kinda... well, you're naked." you nod, hoping this will be sufficient information transfer in this situation "Well, it kinda... freaked me out? I sort of lost it. Sorry about screaming an all."
You manage to work most of this statement out, but some of the words do not appear to match your database. However the intent seems obvious.
"Apology accepted. I also apologize for my nakedness since it obviously affects you. I did not realize it was outside usual parameters to walk without coverings. Do you have any spare coverings I may borrow?"
A further smile curls her lips upwards.
"You asking to go to my place to borrow some duds?"
What?
"I'm not sure. If that means that you have spare clothes at your place of residence, then yes I would like to do that. Is there anything wrong with that?"
She blinks, biting her lip. You are unsure what this expression means.
"Um, nope, nothing whatsoever. I live right over that hill, five minute walk. Oh, my name's Karen by the way. Nice to meet you Andrew."
Finally her hand grasps yours and shakes it in the ancient ritual of greeting. Finally you can let your manipulator appendage down.
"It is pleasing to touch you also Karen." for some reason her face reddens again. Should you ask her about that? Perhaps not for now.
"OK, lets go huh?" she says and takes your left hand in hers, leading you by the manipulator appendage.
You begin to see why Humans have so many short words to represent descriptive classifications. 'Hand' and 'Arm' are much easier to use in verbal communications. You will endeavor to isolate and use more short form descriptions from now on.
