It was a few hours before your brother arrived with his kids. David and Grace immediately gave you a hug in the hospital bed, and Michael gave you a kiss on the forehead.
"The doctors say you can come home today." Michael whispers to you.
"Hmmm." Was all you could manage to say.
He handed you a bag, "I've brought a few of your things. I hope I didn't wrinkle them. The kids and I will talk with the doctors about the discharge while you get ready."
You take the bag from him as he and the children leave the room. You take off the hospital gown to see your sister-in-law's body, now naked before you. She was in great shape, and thanks to that boob job she had not too long ago her breasts were large and abnormally perky. You felt so uncomfortable. You opened the bag to see what your brother had brought you to wear. Inside was a bra and panties, pink dress, and heels. Putting on the bra was difficult, but you eventually managed. The panties were thong-style and immediately rode up uncomfortably into your butt. Then there was a the dress. It was a little short for your taste, and it also seemed a little too formal for just going home. Then again, your brother didn't know much about fashion. He just probably saw it as a dress his wife wore often. You had remembered seeing her in it a few times. The heels were tall, they didn't match the dress, and you found them difficult to walk in.
After you finished getting ready, you stumble out into the hall to see your brother signing something.
"Hey, Babe." He grabs your ass without letting the kids see, "Looking good. If you're up to it, how about some of our special fun tonight?"
You didn't know what he meant, but you were sure it was something sexual. You went pale, "I think I need to build up my strength first. Speaking of which, you could have brought me some sneakers. I'm still weak and recovering here."
"Sorry, but we'll be home soon. And they have to wheel you out anyway..."
