The year was 1886, the industrial revolution was in full swing and Great Britain took full advantage of this newly acquired wealth, but with the dangerous conditions that came with factory work meant some children lost parents to accidents to help the rise of children being without parents more orphanages were opened to combat this, one such orphanage was St. Mary’s home for troubled girls an all-girl orphanage that help deal with girls who couldn’t get over the grief of losing their parents with the help of sister Lucy of course. St. Mary’s home for troubled girls had seen better days, this was the state the orphanage had gotten its self into as money wasn’t flowing as it used to, some of this was the cause of poor money management but most was that none of the orphanage’s donors had continuously given St Mary the money it needed to become fully functional this meant that adopting was the only way that St Mary was kept afloat and that was slowing down as well. Seven girls were the only ones that remained in the orphanage. The girls were as young as three to as old as six, still, young children who didn’t understand the love of another or were broken due to the death of their family, Sister Lucy made it her life’s work to help kids like these come to terms with the death of their families just as she had to when she was around their ages.
“what am I going to to do, I don’t know how to care for these girls with no money coming in it would be easier if some of them would be adopted already, but for some reason no one wanted these girls” Lucy thought looking over their files she tried to find some reason why these seven were being overlooked while other girls were adopted, of the seven there were two, three years old there was Brittany, she was the rebellious one always in doing her own thing when it suited her best her brown hair was always in pigtails, the other wasn’t from the great country of Britain she was more eastward bound, her name was Kimiko, with raven black hair and a pale complexion she was a beauty to behold, quiet and attentive she was almost the perfect child if it wasn’t for that strange tic. There were also the three, four-year-old sister they were always together ever since birth sister Lucy thought just by looking how they played with each other there was Sarah, Sophia and the youngest only by an hour or two Skye, all donned blonde hair so full and beautiful that it would make anyone jealous to see it. The one that Sister Lucy considered the oldest Sarah was always getting into some kind of mischief no matter if it was intentional or not she always dragged her sisters in with her schemes getting all three into trouble, Skye always loved going along with her sisters plans, Sophia was always meek with her words never speaking up against her sisters.
The last two were two five-year-old girls both from a faraway place one came from the country of Spain her name was Camilla, her black hair was always offset by the tan complexion she had, still afraid of the new surroundings that she had found her self in especially with her parents who only wanted a better life were gone from this world due to a mining accident. Ella, was the other was from far north where it was cold and damp, being one of the only people to survive the sinking of a cruise ship, saddened by the death of her parents she always kept to her self-trying her best to be the perfect little girl, but it was hard with this sadness she kept inside of her. Sister Lucy just didn’t know why these seven were thrown to the side where others that were in her care were taken without a batting an eye this was strange to Lucy there was nothing wrong with them not that she could see. Looking at the files of past girls who were adopted from the orphanage all had something in common they were all obese, to say the least about them, it seems adults who are adopting the children who live at the orphanage were all adopted due to their size, even the last girl who was adopted was quite pudgy compared to these stick figures Lucy was looking at right now. It was quite simple if these girls have any chance to get a family that will love them, Lucy will have to make them the biggest girls in Britan, but that would cost money to do and that was something that the orphanage was dearly lacking in even before she decided who would be Lucy's first participant of her feedings she needed to find some money to fund her endeavors. Lucy’s first chioce was to beg the city for help with her plan, but this could cause problems in the long run, she could also go with the famous philanthropist that lives inthe city, he has always been exotic when it comes to his fickle likes but one thing that was always constant him being surrounded by his harem of little girls, he could be a viable option to help fatten up these girls.
