You decide to enter through Mary-Jane's mouth. Once she fully laid down in the tub, she let out sigh of comfort. You saw your opportunity and flew right into her ginormous maw. Your jetpack required some rest before your next flight, so you make a soft landing on MJ's tongue.
The best option now was to explore. Her tongue felt quite cozy, but if you decided to rest, you'd be at risk of being swallowed. Her teeth were just about your current height, but they were a hazard to you nonetheless. It was then that you noticed something in her throat that you deemed worthy of praise. It was none other than Mary-Jane Watson's uvula. You checked your jetpack's condition, and fortunately, it had enough energy to allow you to fly onto her uvula.
Using the energy, you flew towards the dangling flesh. You grabbed on as soon as the jetpack died. As it was self-charging, you had plenty of time to decide which route to take. You have three options.
1) You can go down Mary-Jane's throat and enter her stomach.
2) You can down her wind pipe and see her lungs and heart.
3) You can climb her uvula and make your way to the brain.
