This is a major shock to you, and to the five mares that were spying on you from outside using one of Twilight's spells. Their jaws were all on the ground as they all try to figure out why Fluttershy's acting so forward with you.
"Y'all don't think he's gonna go for it, do ya?" Applejack asks.
"Of course he will!" says Rainbow Dash. "He's a guy!"
"Maybe we should stop spying on them, in case he does," says Twilight.
"Agreed," says Rarity.
Meanwhile, you think about how out of character Fluttershy's been acting lately. First she gets herself all dressed up for you only a day after you admitted your feelings for each other. Next, she suggests going back to her place the first chance she gets, and then she practically forces herself onto you, asking you to have sex with her. There's no way Fluttershy would do all this unless... unless...
"You're not Fluttershy," you say, finally realizing what's going on.
"Whatever do you mean?" the pegasus asks, remaining on top of you.
"I mean just that," you say more sternly. "You're not Fluttershy!" You push her off of you and get on your feet. Fluttershy falls to the floor with a loud thud, loud enough for your friends to hear from outside.
"What the heck?" Pinkie Pie asks.
"Okay, something's not right here!" Rainbow says. "We've gotta get in there!"
Back in Fluttershy's room, Fluttershy gets up off the floor and looks at you with fire in her eyes.
"How DARE you!?" she yells, her voice distorting. Realizing this, she covers her mouth.
"I knew it," you say. "Who are you?"
"Fine, you got me," says the impostor, letting her real voice show. Her eyes then turn green, and a pillar of green energy surrounds her. As it disappears, you are shocked at the impostor's true form as she stands before you.
Her coat was charcoal black, with holes in her arms and legs. Her silky mane was a dark cerulean color, and it went down to the middle of her back. She has a long, deformed horn on her head, a black crown, and tattered wings. To top it all off, she was wearing a long black dress that looked like it's been torn up intentionally.
Your Auntie Celeste has told you about this mare, how she almost ruined the royal wedding between Shining Armor and Princess Cadance, how she led an army of love sucking creatures in an attack against Canterlot, and she looks exactly the way Celestia described her.
"I've heard of you," you say. "You're Chrysalis, queen of the changelings."
The queen chuckles, "I'm impressed," she says. "Not many humans have heard of me. You're quite smart, young man, and your will is much stronger than Shining Armor's."
"Save it!" you snap.
"Hmph, such a lack of manners," says Chrysalis. "That explains why you had the nerve to push me off the bed. You should have just made love to me. It would have been a great experience for the both of us." She then looks at you seductively. "Then again, it's not too late. You are quite handsome after all, and I'm MUCH better in bed when I'm in my true form. So, would you like to become my king?"
You shudder in disgust. "Ugh, no thanks!" you exclaim.
Chrysalis quickly becomes angry again. "You've insulted me for the last time!" As the queen of the changelings prepares to attack you...
