As Jacob sat there and was looking down, he noticed something else.

"My pride and jo...joy,"he said, as he watched his member getting smaller with each passing second, and then wondered why his voice sounded different.

Sarah came closer and noticed that not only had it shrunk, by the time she got over by him it had changed completely into female plumbing.

"Going to have to change your name from Jacob to Jackie," she chuckled, as his hair proceeded to grow out.
