You had already been looking at all the features to add, change, and enhance a pregnancy. But in a nearby menu option, you see "Unbirth." Curious, you pick it and are given a list of names to pick, all women's names. Luz is first on the list and you look down at her, sleeping with a small smile on her full lips as she caresses and strokes her enormous pregnant belly even as she sleeps.
"She looks so peaceful," you thought to yourself. "It must be nice to be in a pregnant belly that peaceful." You select her name and in an instant, you find yourself tucked tightly in a wet, warm tank. The walls are soft and slick to the touch and you can hear Luz's organs rhythmically churning inside of her. As her hands pass over her swollen brown belly, you feel a shiver down your spine and you look down to see the umbilical cord sticking out of your stomach. You truly are inside of her womb now.
As you curl up instinctively, you look down at the controller. The reality changing option is still in effect but now it asks you if Luz knows you are in her belly or not. For now, you pick no. Even with the reality change, it may get complicated if you were caught inside of your curvy Spanish teacher's womb.
But then, curiously, you look on the controller for details on Luz and her new pregnant body. Now that you are inside of her womb, as a grown young man, her stomach has gotten absolutely huge. She is measuring seven feet from her back to her belly button and her pregnant middle is perfectly round. To make up for the added hormones, her breasts are each the size of beachballs and each ass cheek is the same size as her pregnant belly was only moments ago.
"Wow," you said to yourself. "I may have overdone it with this one..."

"Glad to hear it," he said.
"And when the babies are happy, I get very happy," Luz purred, waddling over to him and thrusting her hips to push him with her pregnant stomach. "And very cachondo."
With your umbilical connection to Luz, you could feel just how aroused she was now. Being this pregnant kept her horny 24/7. In a flash, she and her husband were in their bedroom and Luz was bent over, her husband pounding away at his horny pregnant wife.

You shot a huge load inside of her belly as it tightened around you from her orgasm.
After sex, you feel exhausted and the warm, rhythmic nature of the womb is already lulling you to sleep. You drift off as Luz lays down in the bed and stroked her huge stomach. "That was muy bueno, papi chulo," Luz cooed at her husband as he went to go make dinner for the two of them.
