New Dinosaur Museum exibit?

How about this:

Your local dinosaur/science museum has unveiled a new piece of hardware..... a time portal. A way to visit any time in the past or future. And they even prove it by sending someone through the portal, and show that, for them it was instant, but for you, it was 2 minutes as their watch is now two minutes behind the clock at the museum. They say that this portal can send you to any time, you wish. Only problem is, they don't have a way send bring you back, which is why they've only used it to send someone forward in time by a couple minutes. They talk about sending someone into a more distant future, like say, 10 years, to see if anyone figured out the time travel conundrum to bring people back to an original timeline. So far, they have not done so, since they are still deciding on who should go.

You, be you a grown-up or a kid, got a little too curious, and while no-one is watching, you slip away from the crowd, and head back to the time machine. You set the timeline a time when you would see dinosaurs, be it the Triassic, Jurassic, or Cretaceous. Or maybe you set the time to something more recent, like 10,000 B.C. where you find mammoths and saber tooth cats and many other mega-fauna. or far earlier than the great dinosaur epoch, like the Permian, or earlier than that, to times where you're waling with monsters that went extinct even before the dinosaurs did.

Do you want to be a sneaky museum visitor, or do you want to try another scenario involving time travel?

Either way, you're gonna be traveling back in time, and it's gonna end up getting you consumed by something or someone, in some fashion, be it, oral, anal, unbirth or any other type of vore.
