"My weight has increased..." Lambda noted, thinking it odd for a moment before the Virus rewrote her memory of her original specifications to that of a much rounder Murakumo than she had been at first, even larger than she was now. Taking it in stride and leaving the weeping chef and staff behind with a cleaned out kitchen, the now 399 pound girl floated her way back out onto the streets of the colorful town. She thought back to her mission of finding Ragna for a moment as the more human side took over once more, now having a rather fat and plentiful belly to fondle and knead as her cheeks once again grew hot at the thought until a familiar sound reached her ears...
*Rrrrrwl...grrrrrlll...*
"I am...hungry again...I should find more sustenance..." The porky Murakumo searched the streets once more as she started towards a ramen stall, now presenting various passers-by with a view of a delectable derriere as her bobbing float caused it to jostle and jiggle with the rest of her bulging figure. Upon reaching the stall, she floated her double-wide bottom onto a pair of stools set up for the customers, most of them leaving the scene at the sight of such a round, fat girl with a clearly rumbly belly as the thought of their own meal supply drying up crossed their minds.
The operator turned to Lambda, a little taken aback at the oddly-attired girl before smiling as best as he could and leaning in. "What'll it be, lady?"
"As many servings as you can provide..." the blond replied quietly as her belly started another roar of hunger, prompting a laugh out of the cart's owner.
"One all you can eat, coming up!"

An hour's worth of gorging and stuffing later left the bloated, now clearly obese girl cooed as her girth spread out farther, a testament to two restaurants worth of virus-fueled gluttony and loss of sense. Letting out a hiccup and an unladylike belch, she opened her mouth to utter a quiet thanks before the cart owner waved her away with a smile, amused by her appetite and the pace at which she had devoured a large portion of her stock. Nodding and hovering herself back upright, her suit began to let out creaks and squeaks as it worked to resize itself once more, now coping with more Lambda than it had before. Taking another scan of herself, she nodded her weight flashed across the visor once more as...
