The pixie licks the core of the belly button

As Karmilla shook her hips there laughing and crying from the scratching of her navel walls, the pixie asked, “What if I tickled deeper?”
Karmilla yelled “No, not deeper” as the pixie dove deeper into her belly button and her wings brushed the walls of karmilla’s navel
Karmic then tried to reach down to take the pixie out but as she reached for the tiny legs, the pixie’s Little feet disappeared inside her navel! The pixie was completely inside her tummy button!
Karmilla screamed in laughter as the pixie finally wriggled down to her core and began to scratch the folds down there, using her nails between the sensitive warm depths of Karmilla’s tickle button.
Karmilla fell to the ground in laughter as her navel was no longer hers to control, it was the pixie’s tickle toy.
As Karmilla screamed laughter, the pixie stuck her tongue out and began to lick her navel knot! Her tiny hands held open the folds and the sensitive depths of karmilla’s belly button were licked furiously, sending her into silent laughter. She cried out in that choked, breathless laughter and shook her hips, futilely trying to dislodge the pixie. The pixie began to lick each of her folds and held them open, until she noticed Karmilla has a specific spot between the two center folds the sent her into silent quivering laughter. The pixie asked Karmilla “is this your tickle button?”
Karmilla cried out breathlessly “yeeeeeaaaaaaas, pleeeeeeaaaaase illll beeee youuuuur slaaaavveeee hahahahahahah”. The pixie decides if she wants to lick Karmilla into submission and maybe find out other secrets that delicious innie holds, or if she should accept the surrender of her new toy right now. What does she do next?
