You feel incredibly cold and you open your eyes. You are met with the inside of a stasis pod. You look around and see you’re back in your body. You sister’s body was now laying on the floor. You lift yourself out of the pod and make your way over to her. You check her pulse and see she still has one. Thankfully. You lift her into your arms and take her to the bedroom you have in the lab.
You hope she will wake up soon, but until then you have research to continue. After checking the clock that procedure took about 10 minutes to fully work. You want to see if you can speed that up. You start analyzing the data and see if an accelerant would be useful. It changed your X value by about .02. You develop a small syringe launcher and figure you should be good. About this time, you hear stirring from the other room. You head in there and see your sister now sitting up. She looked around confused and you explain.
“You came to help and ended up going to the room to sleep. Are you okay? You ask.
“Yeah, I’m just a bit sore.” She says in return. You smile to yourself thinking about how she must be feeling all the playing you’ve been doing. You offer to take her home since it was late. You lock up the lab and shut the lights off.
(Your nanoprobes now work at a much faster rate. As well as can be used outside the lab and from afar.)
You decide to get some much deserved sleep. With this technology you could easily get a Nobel prize, if you tried.
