This choice: The new sexual clinic, with designer drugs? • Go Back...Chapter #5The New Clinic by: Theday   "So why did you want to see me?" John asked the handsome olive skinned man across from him.
"Cause you're cute and handsome," Nico said with a smile and leaned back in his seat.
John felt his face blush. Not only was his crush talking to him but he thought John was cute. John could feel himself get warm.
"Also I work at Queer Sex Now and we have a new clinic opening this weekend and was wondering if you would like to come to the grand opening," Nico explained as he is apart of the queer sexual health company that does testing, education and community involvement.
"Sure, but why me?" John asked still a little shocked.
"My coworkers think that we should be going after influencers or local streamers or popular party people, but not me," Nico explained," I don't know about you, but I don't take streamers or influencers very serious. I would rather have real people from the community there, like the local bar tenders or, in your case, librarian."
"Ah, the more gras root approach," John said getting the idea.
"Exactly, I'm quite excited about this new clinic," Nico said giddy with excitement," We have a partnership with a local lab and we have some interesting new designer drugs to try!"
"Designer drugs?" John asked feeling a little worried.
"Yeah, not hard drugs, but drugs that can change your hair from straight to curly for a day, or help grow a beard or even become more outgoing," Nico explained," I tried one the other day and it made my hair blonde for two days. It's crazy what they can do."
"Sounds interesting," John said and wondered if there was a weight loss pill there.
"What's your number and I'll text you the deets," Nico asked.
John gave Nico his number and realized that his stop was next.
Wow, time flew," Nico commented.
"It did," John said getting to his feet as the bus came to a slow stop," I guess I'll see you tomorrow."
"See you later, cutie," Nico winked.
John felt himself blush again and he got off the bus and walked home feeling lighter than air.
Once home John quickly ran to the bedroom and jerked one out imaging the naughty things he could do with Nico. But as he was doing it the idea of those designer pills kept creeping in. Nico with blonde hair. Nico with more muscles. Nico with massive muscles. A fat growth pill for John.
John let loose a large load over his belly and wondered what those thoughts meant. He had always been a chubby kid growing up and the last 50 pounds on his 340 pound frame had shown up since he turned 30. John knew he would never had abs and didn't mind having a belly.
John made some dinner and retired to his reading nook when he got a text from Nico.
Nico: Hey man. Here's the link to the event. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. Don't be shy!
John clicked the link and saw that the event had a mention of being on unceded native land along with a welcoming blurb about how the new building was hoping to be a new Queer Community Centre as well
John selected the Going option and checked out the sponsor, the pharmaceutical company.
The next day John felt a little more confident with his decision to go.. but he didn't know what to wear!
John spent all day worrying what to wear. Trying on dozens of outfits and even debated not going. It was getting a bit late and he had finally decided on his go to, a polo shirt, sweater vest and khakis. Paired with his overcoat of course.
John headed out to the event..
