Katie Hunt strolled into her office feeling a bit flustered. On her way to the college where she worked as an academic adviser, she had helped out an old woman. In exchange for the good deed, the woman claimed to have given her the ability to swap pretty much anything between people just by thinking about it. It, of course, had sounded ridiculous, but the woman had seemingly vanished before Katie could ask her about it.
And so, the attractive 32 year old woman had continued on her way to work. However, curiosity began to get the better of her, and she had to know if it was real. She ended up making a few swaps -- swapping the hair of a young couple, and the clothes of a mother and her young daughter -- but she did reverse them after the shock wore off. She couldn't believe her eyes. Her power had actually been real after all! Not sure what to do with such power, Katie had rushed the rest of the way to work, moving as fast as her high heeled shoes would comfortably allow.
Now, here she was, sitting in her office, thinking back to what had happened. Katie pulled out a compact mirror from her purse and checked that her makeup and straight, shoulder length dirty blonde hair was still in order, then stood up and straightened out her pantsuit. She wasn't just going to sit around all day thinking about what had happened on her way to work.
