"This'll be perfect!" Scourge grinned, flipping the switch, as Tails immediately started to change.

His legs grew longer, becoming shapely and elegant, that ended in dainty feet. Her arms also grew to the appropriate length for a young adult female, becoming more slender and losing some of their muuscle mass. His hands were now smaller and more delicate, and his shoulders lost a fair amoung of width, as did he waist, while his hips became slightly wider. His spine cracked into an S-curve, and his neck became thinner, his Adam's apple fading away, as his face softened and became more effeminate. His hair thickened and grew out until it tickled his rear, which itself had inflated into a bubble butt, while his chest rippled and swelled out into a pair of D-cup breasts. Finally, his penis hardened, and shrank away, being replace by a moist, fresh vagina.

Then, while Tails was still recovering from her change, Scourge plugged her collar into a machine and turned it on. It gave her the personality of a sluutty, submissive sex slave.
