Naruto didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Tsunade's face was still on the Hokage Monument, and Naruto reasoned, "Well, if Grandma Tsunade's still on the monument, she wouldn't be my slave." Naruto then went to eat a bowl of ramen at Ichiraku's and went home. When he arrived home, he saw a sight that really surprised him.
Standing in the middle of his apartment was Tsunade, wearing the skimpiest maid outfit he could imagine. She was busy cleaning the furniture, and Naruto saw a plate of dinner resting on the table. Tsunade immediately turned to see Naruto walk in the apartment, then bowed and said, "Welcome home, Master! How was your day?"
"Wha...why are you my maid? And why is your face on the Hokage Monument if you are my maid?"
Tsunade got a questionable look on her face and said, "Well, Master, I've been your slave since you were born, upon the Fourth Hokage's insistence. I was selected as your slave because it was decided that I would be best suited to look after you as you grew up, and my face is on the Monument because I was chosen to be the Fifth Hokage."
"But how are you both Hokage and a slave?"
"Technically, you are the next Hokage; that was decreed by the Fourth Hokage. However, when Lord Third passed away, you were too young to assume the title, so they selected me to lead. I'm surprised you'd be asking me about this, Master. I told you about the decision to make me Hokage at least a week before I was sworn in."
Although appearing normal on the outside, inside his mind he was bouncing off the walls with excitement. "This is incredible! I have a slave that is also the Hokage!"
The rest of the day revolved around Naruto testing the limits of his control over the now slave Tsunade. She was willing to do everything he asked of her, even performing an erotic dance and stripping naked to carry on her chores. As Naruto got ready for bed, he had ordered Tsunade to sleep with him while naked and only be able to fall asleep if one of his hands was groping her breasts.
As he fell asleep, Naruto thought, "I can't wait to use this jutsu again!"
