The dreadnote

You think how it would be great to have something to mess with your bullies and others. So you take a coin in your pocket and throw it in the well.
"I wish I would be able to mess with others life." You say as you hear it touch the water.

Of course, nothing happen. But as you walk away you see something in the grasses. You pick it and can see that's a brown notebook with the title 'dread note'.
"Strange..." you say to yourself.
You take a quick peek into it and it's just blank pages, except the first one. How seems to have few... rules, handwrited.

1. Everything written about someone in this note will become true 40 seconds after the last word is written.
2. The effect won't happen if the writer doesn't have the person's face in his mind when writing his or her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name won't be affected.
3. Once something is written about someone, it can't be changed or erased. Only details can be add, if written in the next 24 hours after the effect took places.
4. If not specified, every changes made to someone's life or body aren't notice by anyone except the writer. The changes can be noted as noticeable by anyone specified or everyone. Every person who read the text of the changes in the dread note, are aware of the changes.

"What the heck is that ? A prank ?" You say out loud.
You take a look around, nothing seems there. It's really strange, it fit perfectly with your wish. So you decide to take it with you, After all it's a clean notebook, it's always useful...

Back home, your friend was waiting for you...

2. George, a porn fan and MMORPG intense player.
