-Electric railgun, an attack which uses a piece of metal of any kind to unleash a very quick beam of energy that is powerful, the problem is that he doesn't carry metal objects and this is a high-risk, high-reward move that's results change based on the object used, which it doesn't always work.
-Electric tornado, he envelops himself in electricity and unleashes a swirling force of electricity, you can bet he gets tired after this
-Electric barrier, a barrier of electricity forms around him to reflect most attacks that relate to energy and metal.
-Hack, if around an area of technology, he can hack them, results vary depending on the technology.
Story: Overall, nothing much is known about him as his records seemed to be all gone and he just seemed to suddenly 'exist out of thin air' though there have been some digging around, it is possible that Tech, and this is due to human experimentation, weaponry, etc. may be one of those people or it may be that he might be that he might possibly be a artificial human or clone. That last part due to the fact that cloning has occurred and artificial humans have been recorded. But again, all speculation. One vital thing you should know is that he thinks systematically, meaning that he doesn't believe in fate, destiny, or coincidences, he only believes in chance and cause and effect. With this he is literally able to calculate paths that may occur at a ridiculous speed and technically can predict the future. What you see is life, he see's a game of numbers and equations that may occur. Though in this world, there are people who have this ability, the thing is that none of them come close to the amount of complexity or ability like this person. Essentially, this person is like a walking bio-super computer that has surpassed all of its predecessors. It's still unknown on his origins, though what he did after was quite apparent.
