Weapon: Needler gun, needles, and syringes.
Special: Though mostly stat boosts...Be wary on how much he experimented ON HIMSELF
Fact: Before, he had a weird thing with dolls...like seriously...What...the...f-
Move-set: The needles don't have the added effects, just a fair heads up. Watch out when he gets close though...
-Passive: Physical capacity, physically, he is a lot better than the average person. Also, crap, he can take hits like Gabriel when he is raging.
-Rage douser, used on people who have a 'rage mode', it takes away that rage
-Adrenaline burst, drastically increase speed stat
-Roid rage, increases the speed and strength stat, at the cost of control though.
-Morphine, regaining health and reducing pain, quick grab that thing!
-Poison, what's your poison? Paralysis or killing you slowly?
-Mental inhibitor, get ready to see some weird stuff.
-Mental stimulant, relax...a lot
-'Summoning': Experiments, well he experimented a lot before and here comes his- HOLY MOTHER OF CHRIST.
Ranked 42: Gabriel Mase
Description: Above-average height, muscular, short black hair, brown eyes, black. Wearing full heavy iron armor that is steam-punk like
Nationality: Nigerian
Weapon: Fiery hammer-axe (And it is huge)
Special: Watch when this guy rages, the guy is pretty much unstoppable
Fact: Gabriel has a condition that requires him to wear the armor.
Move-set: Rage, rage, fire, RAGE
-Steaming rage, he is so mad that he is literally steaming and red, he charges, jumps, and when he lands, unleashes an AOE steam/fire attack
-Fiery wheel, he spins with hammer in several spins
-Passive: Rage, the lower his health the more damage he deals.
-Heat-wave, he raises his weapon into the air, his armor turns red, and when he slams down the hammer a giant heat force comes out
-Passive: unbreaking, I dare you to try and stop his hammer head on and the guy himself when he's running at you...Unless you are Tarkus.
Joint move-set:
-True rage, when the good doctor is down there is nothing holding Gabriel back (And this only happens if the doctor dies)
-Mutation X, when Gabriel falls, the doctor injects a mutation virus in him...oh this thing is just...(Note that this requires more than Gabriel falling)
Story: Dimitri and Gabriel have a very nasty and damaged reputation. Dimitri is known as 'the mad doctor' for the reason that he has the mind of a twisted person that is curious about many things and won't stop until his goals are met no matter what which his personality and actions to boot are something that would make many fear him as they think they would be next to be cut up. Though what all of this was merely something of his past as now he is a lot more controlled and maintained, as he isn't as mad, in fact he can be very helpful and generous, although where he works now doesn't help his reputation much. Gabriel is known for only 2 things: A fiery rage and wrath of a 1000 suns and destroying everything, now that is true to much of a degree, he literally cannot help it and ironically enough he doesn't like violence all that much...despite having the ability to bulldoze a small army with his fists only. Anyhow, both ended up being good friends after a certain event had happened which Gabriel became his guardian, Dimitri became a wandering black market doctor, and somehow they ended up becoming the heads of the largest sanitarium on the face of crazy town.
