You left Alice's clothes in the laundry basket and went to join her in the pool with a spring in your step, forgetting all about asking your other cousins and not even registering what you just did as something out of the ordinary. You saw cleaning her room not as a chore she placed on you but as a guest being grateful with his host, it made you feel good, like you were becoming more mature about such things instead of starting petty fights.
"Hey Alice, I'm here" you saw her lying in the pool chair enjoying the sun. Now that you could see her clad in her purple bikini without the towel covering her upper body you thought that like you she was becoming more mature too, at least physically. You couldn't help but ogle at her feet again while you mused about how much both of you changed since the last time you saw each other.
"Took you a while, I told you to be quicker" Alice said with what sounded like a mock angry tone. You frowned, thinking how unfair the comment was after taking no issue cleaning her room as she requested, but for some reason you didn't feel angry about it. In fact you felt like she had a point, even if she was just waiting there while you were working your ass off cleaning the room.
"Er.. right hehe, sorry for making you wait" You apologized. You realized this was unlike you, but also that it felt right, rationalizing it again with being a good guest. What you couldn't figure was the curious gaze Alice kept giving you, but from your part you were still busy stealing glances at her feet.
"It's okay Pat, want to make it up to me?" Alice said, sounding a bit more lively.
"Make it up?"
"Yeah, for taking too long" she smirked.
"What? that doesn't make any sense" you complained, the rationalization in your head no longer doing the trick. She just wanted to keep taking advantage, you could tell.
"Of course it does" she giggled
"Forget it, you going to swim or not?" you changed the topic not wanting to start one of those petty fights, things were going so well..
"I will but waiting here made me thirsty. Bring me a glass of lemonade from the kitchen and you'll be forgiven" Alice said in a teasing tone
"Um.. no. Do it yourself" You refused, but with a bit of hesitation. Something about her attitude was confusing you
"Come onn.. I even had to wait for you to wake up before coming here! I lost valuable tanning time"
"Hey, I told you I was tired and.. cleaned the room" you kept arguing without much conviction
"And took ages doing it, so now be quick and fix me a lemonade, Pat" There was that tone again.. You didn't want to look weak but at the same time, your mind was telling you to just do it and get it over with. Plus she looked so cute laying and relaxing there with her feet on the chair..
"Fine, sorry again" You grumbled, apologizing once again for some reason and quickly went to the kitchen for her lemonade. Once again it felt right to do so, but was it because you were mature or a good guest? You knew there was something else there.
"Hmm, I don't know if he resisted because of the commands or just to not ruin his first day, but at least I know a part of it worked well" Alice thought to herself and smiled, she didn't have a hard time spotting the sneaky glances. She wondered what her next move should be, if she should speed things up, add more commands or just have fun until she was sure every command worked as intended.
