It's clear that you've pushed your luck with your mother far enough. You force down the soggy cereal spoonful by spoonful.
You finally finish breakfast then take your empty bowl to the kitchen where you rinse it out and put it into the dishwasher. When you return you find that your mother has already set up to start your lessons.
"I think this should just be revision of things you learned last year." she places an open maths book in front of you and points at a set of exercises.
You get to work. Most of the problems are easy enough but you do have to ask for her help on a few.
You are about halfway through the exercises when you realise you need to poop. You usually do after breakfast.
You start to get up from your seat but your mother stops you. "Where are you going?" she asks.
"I have to use the toilet." you inform her.
"You can wait until lunch time." she says. "We are already behind today."
You sit back down and try to concentrate on your work but your discomfort increases. To make things worse, you also begin to need to pee. You feel like you'll have an accident if you don't get to the toilet soon.
