Naruto cautiously approached Tsunade, who for once was alone in her office. "What do you want, kid?" Tsunade asked, before being caught off guard as he flashed through a series of hand signs. After he was done, Naruto somehow knew that he had complete control of Tsunade. "Strip naked, and address me as Master from now on."
"Very well, Master," Tsunade said as she quickly set about her task. Naruto stood amazed as he watched Tsunade undress herself without any complaint, nor seemingly being ashamed of having him see her naked breasts or exposed vagina. Once she was completely naked, Tsunade asked, "Is there anything else you needed me to do, Master?"
Naruto grinned as he said, "Summon the entire village; I've got a big plan in mind."
"As you wish, Master," Tsunade said as she went to her desk and pulled out a birdcage with a hawk in it. She released the hawk, which flew out the window and said, "The village should be assembled in the Grand Hall of this manor within the hour, Master."
After an hour, Naruto entered the Grand Hall to see the entire village sitting and/or standing in front of a small stage. Without giving them any warning, he cast his jutsu and watched as they all watched him intently, waiting for him to speak. "Ladies, strip naked. Men, pay the ladies no mind." The men remained still as all the ladies in the hall stripped themselves of their clothing.
Naruto looked over and de-aged all the older women to look like they were in their teens or early twenties and all the heavyset women to slimmer frames, a sight Naruto enjoyed a whole lot better. He then ushered in the naked Tsunade and had her sit in the audience. Once everyone was gathered, Naruto told everyone, "From now on, all the ladies in this village are members of my harem. You all consider me the most attractive man in the entire world and will do whatever I say without complaint. If I want to have sex with you, you will consider it your highest honor; and if you happen to get pregnant, you will consider it the best thing yo happen to you. Guys, you know the women are in my harem, so you will not get mad at me or your spouses/girlfriends if you see us having sex and will support her if she becomes pregnant. Are we all understood so far?"
"Yes, Naruto/Master," the village responded.
"Good. Now, ladies, from now on you must refer to your breasts as tits, your vaginas as pussies and your behinds as asses; any other name for them is offensive and a cruel insult. Squeeze your tits if you understand." At once, the ladies reached up and started squeezing their tits. "Okay, ladies, that's enough. Now, as for clothing..."
