This choice: Diana's feeling starved and makes a pig of herself at breakfast. • Go Back...Chapter #5Diana's feeling starved and makes a pig of ... by: yyy24   Drifting back to sleep Keiko was woken a few hours later by the smell of bacon wafting through the house, bacon amongst other things, as she walked downstairs, not noticing the extra parts of chub that adorned her figure that hadn't been there last night she opened the kitchen door and was greeted by a rather odd sight.
at the table was a mountain of food, Plates of french toast, fried bacon, scrambled eggs, stacks of pancakes drenched in syrup, omelettes the size of hub caps, if it was greasy or fattening and breakfast food, it was on their kitchen table, and sat down, making a pig of herself was Diana, anything that was within arms reach was getting devoured
"Diana dear...how long have you been awake for?" Keiko asked, the smells of the kitchen getting her mouth watering but the unease of the gap in her memory and last nights dream keeping her level headed enough to not join her wife in gorging herself silly
"Dunno..bout 3 hours...had a weird dream...can't talk now...eating...got that big seminar today..need strength" Diana managed to blurt out between gigantic bites and chewing the ever diminishing pile of food that was in front of her
"unless the department has a new bear fighting policy on seminar's don't you think this is all a bit overkill on the strength needing side of things?" Keiko tried to make light of the situation, not noticing her hand drift towards a lone doughnut as she absentmindedly got to work on a pile of them opposite Diana
"if you're worried i'm eating your half of breakfast don't be, yours is over there" Diana mentioned rather defensively, getting annoyed that her wife was interrupting her breakfast and not even indulging in what she'd made her, she didn't even register this as unusual thinking, the two usually far too busy with other morning activities to make something this big for breakfast, or any other meal.
Keiko turned around and saw the spare table from the dining room had been brought into the kitchen, and adorned with just as much food if not more than what Diana was currently munching away on, She would of questioned Diana further but she just felt so resoundingly hungry...
The sound of the fax machine in her office distracted her long enough to realize that while she might not remember what happened to her recently, she would still of written down her findings, this would be the academic copy coming through now, even then her notes would be all over the office for her to read and maybe work out what was going on.   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
